Part One - Redefining Stress Workshop
Understand how your mind and body responds to stress. Learn effective science-based strategies for better managing stress, building improved health, resilience and wellbeing.
Part Two - Auckland Sky Jump
Following the 60 minute interactive workshop, AJ Hackett Jump Masters will take the participants on a journey towards potentially doing a Sky Jump. By applying what they have learned from Part 1 of the course to get their fear and stress levels in check, they will be given the opportunity to redfine stress and do the Jump! (optional)
